Digger was born from a simple frustration: recruiters spend more time on admin than on people. We're here to fix that.
From frustration to platform
We started Digger because we saw the same problem everywhere: talented recruiters buried under spreadsheets, drowning in CVs, and making decisions based on gut feeling instead of data.
The tools available were either too complex, too expensive, or too generic. None of them truly understood how European recruiters work — the multilingual requirements, the GDPR constraints, the nuances of local markets.
So we built Digger from scratch, working hand-in-hand with recruitment agencies and in-house teams across Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. Every feature exists because a real recruiter asked for it.
